Global Virtual Classroom is a free, on-line educational program for primary and secondary students around the world. Two core activities, the GVC Contest and the GVC Clubhouse are designed to cater to schools' differing interests and technical capabilities.
  • GVC Contest is a highly successful, five-month website design contest for multinational teams. Each team consists of three schools from different countries. Up to 300 schools can be involved this year (see Contest Historical and Current Statistics). The Contest registration is in September, team activity runs from October through February, and winners are announced at the end of March

  • GVC Clubhouse offers on-line facilities where schools from around the world can meet and work together at their own pace on any Internet project of their choice. More flexible and less competitive than GVC Contest and available year-round.

Global Virtual Classroom programs are conducted completely on-line and are available to any school with Internet access. For more information, visit the program website entrance.

The Global Virtual Classroom is organized by Give Something Back International Foundation.
